About Sell Simulation Data to AI
The people behind this site read solver, simulation-cloud and physics-AI platform agreements through their own document reader, keep every document they quote, and answer each simulation enquiry themselves.
What this site is for
A simulation archive is only worth pricing if the tools that produced and stored it leave it with the firm. This site sets the vendors' own clauses beside each other so that question is settled first.
Written for
Owners of CFD and FEA consultancies, and CAE leads at product companies, holding years of runs who have been asked about that data or wonder whether it could be licensed.
What the site covers
The core is one question, "sell simulation data to ai", and a quote form that needs no login. Around it sit 5 guides. There is also a citable data table (figures and method) and the pages we read to build it.
- Who owns CFD results? What solver and cloud terms say: Who owns CFD results when a licensed solver or simulation cloud produced them: ownership, aggregated use and AI training, read from each vendor's own terms.
- Simulation cloud data export after cancellation: the windows: Simulation cloud data export after cancellation: how many days Ansys, Rescale, Luminary Cloud, Siemens and SimScale give before results may be deleted.
- Who buys simulation data for AI? The intakes we read: Who buys simulation data for AI: each organisation's own page read, how each takes data, what it names and the first step a holder of CFD or FEA results takes.
- Are simulation results export controlled? EAR, ITAR, UK: Are simulation results export controlled? How the US EAR and ITAR and the UK Export Control Order define technology, and what counts as an export of it.
- Selling a simulation consultancy? Check the run archive first: Selling a simulation consultancy: which solver and cloud terms leave the results with you, how long clouds keep them, and who takes such data for AI.
Where it stops
- We do not rank simulation vendors; a row is the vendor's clause and our short reading of it.
- We do not ask for geometry, meshes, results files or client names in the form.
- We do not send an enquiry to any vendor named on the board.

Questions
Reach us through Contact or at enquiries@sellsimulationdatatoai.com; the rules that apply are on Terms and Privacy.
No solver or simulation-cloud vendor paid to be on this board or was told it would be read, and there are no affiliate links here. Each answer is our reading of a published document and is not legal advice on your own licence. How this site is paid: if a firm licenses its simulation data to a buyer this site introduced, our fee is 12.5% of the deal when we act as the firm's exclusive agent, or about 10% when its data joins a bundle or the pool, agreed with it in writing first; any fee a buyer pays us is credited back to the firm.
